Many people try to find their next home by looking through
ads and going to open houses. This is a great way
to learn your market and hone in on your wants/needs but
it can get old fast. Further, by searching this way, you
will only see a small percentage of all the available properties
for sale. In fact many homes for sale are never held
open!

for in your new home and why. We'll also discuss lenders,
neighborhoods and tentative target dates. (If you live out
of town we can of course do all of this over the phone. You
won't get to see my beautiful face, but then again you may
not be missing that.)
At this point, if you haven't already met with a lender
and been pre-qualified for a mortgage,
I'll point you in that direction. I'll help you pick a lender
that meets your specific needs and even set up your first
appointment. Getting pre-qualified is the only way to start
your home search process. Not only will it help you properly
determine your price range but also it will arm us with a
negotiation tool we will need to get you the best deal possible.
Once we are sure of your price range, I'll pull a list of
all the possibilities on the computer from our Multiple
Listing System . You might be surprised at
how many good candidates you'll have to choose from. Next,
we'll actually go out and look at homes that interest you.
You won't have to wait for Sunday. I'll set up appointments
that fit your schedule to get in these
homes. And finally, when we finally do find the perfect home
for you, I'll help you make your decision by researching
what ever questions you might have.
When you are ready to make your purchase, I'll be ready
for you. We'll write up the offer you want to make and I
will present it to the seller or their agent personally.
I'll report back to you promptly, throughout the entire process,
any information that could aid in your negotiations. You
will be making all the decisions. I'll do my best to help
you get the home of your dreams at the best
price possible .
